The idea for Lua Nova was born in 2019, just before the world slowed down. When COVID arrived, life became quieter, and for the first time in years I had space to breathe, think, and reconnect with my creativity. With so much inspiration and time, I began imagining a brand that reflected everything I loved: modern elegance, high-quality pieces, and jewellery that could be worn anywhere — even in water — without losing its shine.

What started as a personal vision began to grow naturally. I spent those early months researching, studying trends, curating styles, and shaping the identity of the brand. Lua Nova became a place where my Brazilian essence met the minimal sophistication of Ireland.

As the brand gained momentum, a close friend saw its potential. She believed deeply in the project and joined as my partner, bringing her knowledge and business insight. Together, we transformed Lua Nova from a small dream into a brand with purpose, personality, and a commitment to lasting quality.

Lua Nova was born from creativity, courage, and collaboration — a reflection of two women who believed in building something beautiful that would shine for years to come.
